I prefer to look at movement from an inside-out perspective. It's not so much about how the poses look, but instead about how they make us feel. I like to think of my body as a bedsheet that needs constant airing out. I love to tangle myself up in knots and search for the niggles to wring out the tension. Only then can I really allow my body to breathe and feel with true presence. I can then lead my life from the true felt sense, rather than reacting impulsively.

I constantly ask myself, 'am I fragmented...or in flow?'.

Despite a long love affair with dance, ballet, ashtanga, anusara, jivamukti, vinyasa and pilates, my offerings aren't any single one of them exactly. Instead, they are a mish-mash concoction of all of them and more. I'm deeply inspired by nature, so I choose to teach in spaces that overlook the sky, sea or land. My sequences/sessions intentionally change familiar movement patterns, morphing them into something recognisable, yet very different. This coaxes the body and mind to gently increase our range of motion, proprioception (sense of self in space), and joint mobility to support true longevity.

We can then move effortlessly on - and beyond - the mat. I design my practices to leave you feeling replenished, expanded, empowered, and present.

I want to be moving with this amount of fluidity, strength, softness, power and intention well into my 90's plus. It's my intention to share those gifts with you. Movement is our expression; it's the way we move through life, it affects everything from the way we feel, express, perceive and receive our experiences. The language of the body speaks far more truth than that of words.

I love my job and take it incredibly seriously. I pour hours into each creation as I really believe that these practices go way beyond the physical. They slowly change us in all the ways. These movements gift us more confidence, authority, feeling, compassion, self-awareness, positivity, self-belief, connection, community and more.

Movement medicine and movement love.

ABOUT

Keira’s teaching is shaped by a deep relationship with the natural world. Time spent outdoors, by the sea and in quiet places continues to inform how she moves, teaches and lives, with nature offering both reference points and rhythm throughout her work.

Her training spans many years and a wide range of influences. She has studied with Seane Corn, Duncan Wong, Sharon Gannon and David Life, Shiva Rea, Jean Hall, Claire Missingham and Meghan Currie. Travel played a central role in her development, leading her to live abroad for extended periods, including two stays in Goa where she completed advanced yoga teacher training.

Alongside well-known teachers, Keira was equally drawn to studying with quieter voices. This broadened her perspective and grounded her approach, allowing her teaching to evolve through experience rather than trends. She went on to teach in a broad range of studios, sharing a practice shaped by both her learnings and her life.

Her classes draw from Anusara, Jivamukti, Ashtanga and Vinyasa, brought together in a way that feels thoughtful and unforced. The work can be strong, yet there is always a sense of ease running through it, with challenge introduced gradually and held with care rather than pushed.

After almost two decades of personal practice and close to 18 years of teaching, Keira now teaches full-time in Suffolk.

Always drawn to the ocean, her classes often mirror the movement of water. They begin slowly, allowing breath and body to orient and soften, building steadily towards a full flow before returning gently to the ground. Clear language and imagery support more complex transitions, encouraging strength without strain.

Over time, her focus has shifted towards sustainability in the body. Classes are sequenced with the longevity of joints and muscles in mind, and modifications are offered throughout so you feel supported, included and able to practice in a way that suits where you are.

TESTIMONIALS

Your teaching is so honed, you radiate clarity, loving energy and such elemental spirit that you bring out the best in everyone.

The soft zephyr voice pushing us towards deceptively challenging positions. I loved every single second. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Hattie S.

Keira has this beautiful gift of easily coaxing bodies into postures that normally seem impossible. Her sequencing is genius. Going to her classes is like immersing in a whole experience. Every tiny thing has been thought about - and there's a sense of community that can't be replicated.

Maia L.

I was stressed out and burnt out from London life. I turned up at Keira's class expecting another workout-vinyasa hybrid but within five minutes I realised she hosted something so different. Not only does my body feel amazing, but my mind does too. She's my favourite teacher.
